Our Subcontractor Model

We operate through a flexible subcontractor model, which means you can manage your schedule, choose your workload, work remotely if preferred, and use your talents where they’re needed most. You’ll be matched with students based on your strengths and supported by a team that values your time and expertise.

We’re Hiring for:

​

Tutors

Tutors work 1-on-1 or in small groups to help students build subject knowledge, prepare for exams, and strengthen academic foundations.

​

​Ideal Tutors Are:

Reliable, communicative, and patient

Passionate about teaching and mentorship

Strong in at least one subject area

Able to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment

SCARS certified (or willing to become certified)

Have access to their own transportation

 

Academic Coaches

Coaches provide mentorship and strategy helping students build routines, manage time, navigate projects, and stay accountable through big academic milestones.

​

Ideal Coaches Are:

Strong communicators and motivators

Skilled at time management and organization

SCARS Certified (or willing to become certified)

Experienced with academic planning, project coaching, or university prep

Empathetic, observant, and encouraging

Familiar with IGCSE, college admissions, or study skill development​
