Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1st 2025

At Scholar Advise, we are committed to providing exceptional tutoring services with flexibility and transparency. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair to both our clients and tutors.

1. General Refund Eligibility

A full refund is available if services are canceled within 14 days of the initial booking or signing of the tutoring agreement, and no sessions have been used.
If services are canceled after the 14-day period, a 50% refund will be issued for unused prepaid sessions, minus a $10 administrative fee per session to cover lesson planning and session reservation costs.

2. Completed & Missed Sessions

No refund will be provided for:
- Sessions that have already been completed
- Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ notice
- Group programs or bootcamps already in progress

3. Rescheduling & Session Credits

Scholar Advise offers flexible rescheduling for private sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Emergency reschedules or technical issues may be credited at our discretion.
Group programs have fixed schedules and are not eligible for individual session credits or refunds once started.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@scholar-advise.com with the following details:

Student name
Program or session booked
Reason for cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Scholar Advise reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.

Scholar Advise does not guarantee academic outcomes or results. Responsibility for performance lies with the student, and results are influenced by various factors such as attendance, engagement, and personal effort.
