How to Work With Me
Working with me is a clear, structured process designed to keep you informed and confident every step of the way.
1) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): We begin with an MOU that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and timelines. This ensures that expectations are aligned before the project begins.
2) Project Kick-Off: Once the MOU is signed and the initial payment is received, we schedule a kick-off call to review your goals, clarify priorities, and gather the details I need to start building your deliverable.
3) Clear Delivery Timeline: Every project comes with a set delivery schedule, broken into milestones where applicable. For longer projects, I provide midpoint updates, so you always know where things stand. For deliverable projects the minimum required time for delivery 4 weeks. Rush orders will acquire an additional rush fee.
4) Progress Check-Ins: Depending on the scope, we’ll schedule check-in calls or updates along the way — this is your chance to give feedback, ask questions, and ensure everything is on track.
5) Final Delivery: Your deliverable is provided in a professional, polished format (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, or custom design file depending on the service). Final refinements are included so you walk away with a product you’re proud to share with investors, stakeholders, or clients.
